What we make
Named products, from a 1300 g single-bed single ply up to an 8 kg double-bed double ply, in Mink, Cloudy and Supersoft finishes. Each product runs in multiple colourways, and we hold 500+ pieces of every colour rather than making to order.
That stocking position is deliberate. A distributor who reorders in November does not want to hear about a production slot in January, and an importer consolidating a container does not want to wait on one product. Holding depth costs us working capital and saves our buyers a season.

Distributors and retailers across India, importers and buying houses overseas, and corporate and wedding gifting buyers who need blankets branded and boxed. The same goods, three different conversations — which is why the specification is published openly rather than held back until someone calls.
How we work
Everything from weaving through printing, raising, shearing and finishing happens in our own unit. Nothing goes out to job-workers, so a design approved on Monday is not reinterpreted by a third party on Thursday, and quality problems have one place to be fixed rather than three places to be argued about.

Colour range
Every product runs in multiple colourways, held in stock rather than printed to order, so a reorder in a colour you have sold before does not wait on a production slot.
Softness, by construction
Hand-feel is decided at raising and shearing, not just yarn choice — pile is raised and then sheared flat to an even height, the step that keeps a blanket soft through repeat washing rather than just on day one.
Custom demand, handled in-house
Branding, packaging and, within reason, weight or colour requests are accommodated because weaving, printing and finishing all sit under one roof — a custom request is a conversation, not a subcontractor negotiation.
Pile tuned for warmth and comfort
Mink, Cloudy and Supersoft each carry a different pile treatment — the raising and shearing profile is set per quality, not applied uniformly, because the warmth-to-weight balance that works for a 1300 g single bed does not work for an 8 kg double.
Best-fit raw material per quality
Yarn denier and lustre are chosen per quality rather than run on a single default — Mink, Cloudy and Supersoft each start from a different yarn build, which is where the hand of the finished blanket is actually decided.
Export readiness
GST registered and an IEC holder, with export documentation handled in-house and an effluent treatment plant operating under Haryana State Pollution Control Board consent. For the past 3 years we have also done contract manufacturing — export blankets for well-known Indian export houses, and production runs for well-known Indian brands — so the paperwork and the production experience are both already in place before the enquiry.
Journey so far
30+ years in textiles behind the family across other textile sectors, and 5 years now specifically manufacturing mink blankets at this unit at Gharaunda — old enough to have a settled process, young enough that the equipment and layout reflect current practice rather than decades of patchwork additions.
Where we're going
The near-term goal is straightforward: grow the export share of the business without loosening the stocking position that domestic distributors rely on — deeper colour and design coverage, not a trade-off between the two customer bases. Corporate and wedding gifting is the fastest-growing part of the order book, and the branding options on that page are where we're investing next.
